Emptying the mailbox from all the event-mail (had no player mail in there) actually did it. Halfway through, the PS content guide updated. Thanks for the workaround.

My bug report remains though, because this is far from “working as intended”.

I haven’t received (or perhaps have deleted) the mail from Gixx that was supposed to progress me to The Ghost Rite. I dunno what to do to get to my next part of the Personal Story. The content guide for my PS says that I should read my mail for further info, the green arrows lead me to LA without saying anything when I zone in. The old start point for that chapter of the PS isn’t there anymore.

Background:
I resumed playing my leveling Ele recently and ofc her personal story was locked thanks to the staggering of Personal Story chapters. When I turned 60 the other day, I didn’t get any letter to to start the next episode.
I might have received and deleted that mail before I took a break from the character way back in the spring, but I really can’t remember that far back.

I tried to level again today and I gained the 21:st level, so I’ll simply consider it as a one-time bug and ignore it. Thanks for trying to help me

I’ve logged, relogged and restarted the client. There’s no cache issue here.
I’m 88/10900 xp into my 20:th level.

As the title said, I bought an extra character slot with gems and used one of my Experience Scrolls to get the new character to level 20.
When I had filled my experience bar for the first time since I used the scroll, I went from level 20 to… level 20 again. ?!?
Is this a known bug? If so, why haven’t I encountered it before? I have used a scroll before.
Is there some way to get my levelling to work again? I really don’t feel like playing if I’m stuck at 20.
