Thank you Gaile, the next day someone was able to change the email address. After reading through the forums, I find my self very embarrassed I fell for phising email awhile back. I did submit the ticket and provided the info requested. Got my account back

Um…well, the best advice I could give is to change your password. It is either a phishing email, or someone has contact CS and asked to have the password on your account changed.
You can contact CS and explain the situation to them, and ask their advice. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request. Good luck.

I just check my emails. It said I have requested a password change.
There was a link to change it. I did not select any link. At the end it says
" If you didn’t request a change, please disregard this e-mail and your password will stay the same."
Not sure if this is a real email or not. I wonder if my email is not safe.
