Anet, you should tell people that forums and support are 2 different accounts. Very, VERY confusing.
I just figured this out tonight because i got a email to set my password for the support account. It was a bit random but seems to work now
So if ticket is updated, does it take about a day to priorities then get responded depending on date?

Thanks for the info, it seems i’ve done it correctly this time. Created a new with the date and ref# and closed the other ticket I had.
I hope this gets looked at faster.
My account might of been hacked. I get this message when i log in. “Your account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or items sales for real-world money.”
I’ve NEVER done that and never will!
I logged off late at night and when logging in the next day i was banned.

Edit- I did get attempted log-in emails and password resets a few times.
I did change my password afterwards so no one else hacks it again
