We are having a bad issue that you need to fix. Ive been running the new Fractal Dungeons and OFTEN my friend may loose connection for just a minute and they get locked out of the dungeon. It is really unfair they went through like 2 stages of the dungeon and end up getting cheated out of completing it cause your system wont allow them to re-join and then we are down 1 man because we can’t go back out and get a replacement.
I understand this must be for a reason but really you need a better solution then locking a person out that got disconnected. I mean make a timer like 5 minutes or something before they get locked out so they can still re-join.
It is blocking peoples progression of the Fractals and is just poorly executed!
