Can confirm SoR main and 2 Overflows 5 knights total killed received quest reward of karma and xp ( gold reward). Received NO loot of any kind, first time joining event since reset.
When i type in my gw account name and PW it sends me to relog into GW2 which i do and I’m directed to the change password. I’m confused am I doing something wrong ?
no it isnt a loading issue. when it does load it says no results
is this no longer working? i’ve logged into the game numerous times this week and it shows “no results”

Awesome so a million or more support tickets crying for loot. Really anet, since you have so much time to deal with chest goodies. Have you fixed the email and auth bugs? gotten any closer to restores? I see pages upon pages of people being banned suspended because of 2 or more copies being bought. even more pages of hacked accounts. the game constanly bugs out for dungeon tokens, suppose to get 60 for daily end up with 3…. Buy stuff from gem store never shows up, TP randomly eats money and mats.
These r just my experiences but if your not gonna replace restore fix the daily in game “loot” issues, the what the kitten does this do? a couple gracious thankyous anet your so awesome. and 5 merged pages of kitten posts and customer tickets on where’s my chest…..

I had this happen to me also shortly after halloween event started. Used mobile Auth, Never even received the initial e-mail telling me a 3rd party Ip was accessing account. And twice support replied that I wasn’t giving them a complete serial code. ( which I had never actually given them. They’ve know about this Mobile auth bug and the emails not being recieved and even stated it was an issue on their end. Either way its piss poor CS.
Currently any toon I have in Lion’s Arch once i log into character screen disconnects the game with error code 42 the firewall crap. 3 other characters around the world all log in fine. I was in a fotm and game crashed now i have this.

Really? 3days after I ask for help this is the answer I get. I see NUMEROUS posts about accounts being suspended banned for 3rd party transactions. Why wasnt mine? Why did anet do absolutely nothing. And i say nothing because all i got were generated responses with links to Q&A’s that i had already done tried before contacting CS.
oh i also gave anet the 4 display names from the group i found my 80 in and the ip address I found in security.

My account was also comprimised. The first i notified anet was on friday ( weekend i know). at that time the hacker had just gone in and empty my harvestables and banked gold, etc. No less then 3 times i requested password changes. Each time i was told an email was sent with instructions to follow. I didn’t receive an actually email until the following evening. BY this time I had read numerous forums posts etc about the account security hack accounts etc.
Found out I should at the very least should have received an automated email telling me another ip was tryin to log in. Which I did not. Sunday i receive support responses asking for more information. I send the info, change my pw a 4th time and after fighting with the hacker for an hour log into my account. Which was in a full 80 group in frost gorge as a magic find bot. all exotics and gear sold and replaced with magic find.
I’m pretty dishearted about the whole thing and confused as to why a changed pw mobile auth etc and the hacker still had access to my account. When I asked why i never recieved the initial email notifiyin me that a 2ndary ip address was trying to log in. CS replied with this

Now can someone explain to me why I would not have received this first email notifying me of a problem in the first place..
I thought that was the whole point of anet taking extra precautions
