As per title the Dragon Stand mobs that spawn during the map wide meta event do not contribute to Weapon master progression achievment.
They give xp and drop loot so this seems like an oversight.
Ambient creatures on the map do progress weapon master just not the HoT mobs.

Now, this reduction in refinement is one of a few different options we were looking at to bring the cost of wood back in line, but it wasn’t actually intended to ship yet. Since it is out there now, enjoy! But we will be keeping an eye on the economy of this and other common materials. If in the future things crash or explode (that’s economy talk for “crash” or “explode”) the refinement recipes are one area we can adjust to keep things stable.

What about for green wood?
I know for Quip collection you need an absurd 3000 Green wood logs for a niche legendary.
Not to mention 900 dye pigments (compared to bifrost 180, one handed vs two handed).
Would it of been easier to re-balance the precursor collections?
Part of Quip III is too craft Confetti pouches and throw them at several figures in Tyria.

I have logged on several times waiting around asking players let it fail.
This isn’t really in the spirit of the game but I see no other option.
I have mixed feelings on Quip’s crafting adventure.
In hindsight buying from the TP would of been a lot more faster and cheaper.
Part of Quip III collections includes crafting Confetti Pouch (or multiple pouches).
One of the ingredients is Black Powder which is listed as being sold by Thegran in Tela range.
Thegran DOES NOT sell Black Powder.
Additionally is the Confetti Pouch a one use product or you need multiple pouches?
They are quite expensive to make (~7G) and you need to use 10 pouches in total.

Use dagger storm against rapid fire. Most rangers are dumb and kill themselves.
Smoke screen also stops all longbow damage but barrage. Also makes it hard to fight into a blinding field.

What happens:
With new ping meter we can get more accurate reading then Resmon utility.
Ping sits are 250-350+ regardless of settings.
All NA servers are based in Texas and EU in germany. NA has the lower ping to Australia still very high.
Their probably isnt enough players for them to justfity spending money on inftrastruture in AU/NZ/SEA region which is sad.
Even a local CDN is pretty expensive so don’t hold your breath.

As gamers in the Asia pacific/Ocx region would understand with the lack of local servers high ping is the norm.
With the recent patch having a built in ping counter we can get a more accurate account.
As some one with 250ms+ ping the game suffers from 2 second skill activation time and heavy rubberbanding.
I understand the game population isn’t big enough to justify local servers but something has to be done.
Perhaps working with ISP’s to cache the game servers or optimising routing paths.

Ranger vs. Necromancer “all specs”
SB Condi (7:3) The Ranger needs only worry about the first Consume Conditions from the Necromancer. Once it’s used, land a burst and make sure to save your ALL your CCs to pin down the Necromancer while the condis tick and drop him. He has no skills such as shout condi clears “that can be used even while he is CC’d” so if he is pinned down, he’s already dead.
Plague Signet is instant cast stun break that reks condi ranger hard. Deathly swarm and putrid mark also are very strong against.
The necro would have to be extremely bad to lose that match up.
Daggerstorm and reflect the damage back or smokescreen and block all the damage.
One of my issues is afkers sitting in queue. 9/10 loading up several times in a row.
Do they continue to sit in the queue or are they removed?
I DotA2 if you fail to accept you are given a time penalty which grows with each subsequent decline.

The main problem with T2 at the moment is YB population is that of a T1.5 server. As far as I am aware it is only getting worse with them being the current `bandwagon’ (no offence intended) and having received several guilds whilst FA has remained rather static in growth. SoS has has been downsizing as they where the former T1.5 server.
Would TC/DB/fellow SOS be interested in having a fight club? 1v1, 2v2 up to 5v5 and then an all in brawl at end or something like that.
Enough with the “blobbing”. Even SBI blobs (before recent transfers) at times.
What it comes down to, is how much of your “blobs” are organized guilds and are people correctly spec’d for WvW.
Half the problems we have on SoS is we have a good fight going and Zachary “Zerkergear” runs into the fight and insta-dies to give a free rally.
I’m sure it happens on TC and even on SoR once in a while but the percentages of it happening are what really makes the difference in tiers.
This along with a few other issues are what troubles SoS. 1 of the issues, you need to unite all these solo guild tags into 5-6ish main guilds and start getting specced/training properly.
The SoS leadership which is really non existent needs to take control of things and have a plan put in motion which doesnt rely on trying to aquire transfers aka SoS 3.0-4.0.5.0 etc. You need to build and work with what you got whether you want to deny it you’re a tier 2-3 server with an oceanic presence that if unified outnumbers any server period yes even the tier 1 servers keypoint is you’re not unified and have alot of pvx give up type of players filling up your player base.
If you whine about opposing numbers being an issue my prime example Seafarer’s Rest a Medium sized server stopping the hordes of vizunah. Point is it can be done and should be done again more often by any server regardless of tier.

Even though where getting stomped i’m still having fun especially in EB where we can kinda field even numbers. Shout out to HL in particular.

Sea of Sorrows also has more medals then SoR and BG, yet there a dead server plummeting through the tiers. The medals system on millenium.org is useless so dont take pride in it.
SOS has plateaued at tier 4 and will be back in tier 3 in a few weeks at our current rate. Just because a server is not tier one hardly means there dead.
