[From Thailand] I was able to solve my problem by using a VPN. I believe the issue is the asset server ip address “14.0.58.2” that we resolve from “assetcdn.101.arenanetworks.com.cdngc.net”. Once I used the VPN, the dns resolved ip to 174.35.25.76 which worked! Hopefully this info will help the admins fix this problem.
