Her account got hacked and the email changed, I closed the other support tickets and replied to ask for prioritization as per instruction.

My fiance’ did not get very far in this game, maybe level 12, and then her account got hacked and we have not had access. In a given year we probably get about 6-7 days off together and tomorrow happens to be one of them. Our plan WAS to play together and have a great time and now we can’t.

I am even willing to purchase another copy, We just want to play together =(

We submitted 2 tickets so far and have yet to receive support (it’s been 2 days) in recovering her account, We really would like it back since it cost us 60$ to buy, it isn’t even linked to her email address anymore!!!!!
This is seriously frustrating as I had to cancel my credit card since it was tied to the account which is a serious inconvenience and we just want to play the game together as well
