Light armor has the winged armor set, which is based of mantis wings.

all ofc those are for classes that wear light armor, sad for me since my character is a Ranger, what wears medium..
I just think a class that works with animals should be able to look like a animal the most if he wanted to

It’s clear to me that I havn’t researched every wearable part of gear ingame yet.
But that’s my mistake, it’s that im playing for a few weeks now and I havn’t seen most of the game yet.

So this noob should not have placed this thread so fast and just should have been playing.

EDIT: It’s like no more use to create a other ingame item that would look-a-like that much i geuss.

It’s sad that im rlly bad with forums and I have no idea how i can relace my thread to the right location.

The wings ive seen in the game are just for looks and don’t add anny armor related stats.
And so I think it should go in the same category as all other wings.

and its funny when I talked about the idea of these wings more folks asked the same question, what are oval mantis wings

For a male I suggest a rougher edge on one side if the wing.

Ive seen certain wings ingame, and was just searching in the game’s auction house for some wings for my Sylvari character with the hope to find some wings for it that would fit with the Sylvari cultural armor(s).
But I didn’t find anny, I already could see it in front of me some thin oval Manis shaped wings for females and some rougher edged ones for the males..

Would there be more players that would love this idea?
I certainly hope so since it would fit the characters so nicley.
