Thank you, however I feel as though i may die of old age before I am able to play this game… it saddens me greatly.
I don’t think I’ve got an option to do a charge back, bought my game from GameStop, I might have to buy another copy, to play, but I think I’ll quit all together before that happens, just renew my WOW stuff…
You have the same problem as me then… Somethings amiss here.
I didn’t get banned, or hacked. I can see hacked people getting priority or something, but if you did something wrong you should have to wait, imo.
If there are lots of people in front of me then I understand, but if there skipping around and stuff, I’m not ok with that, unless someone’s CC information is at risk or something, then I also understand.
So, as the title suggests I’ve been waiting 8 going on 9 days for my ticket to be resolved, I don’t know the numbers but I’ll have to say there is no way there are that many people in from of me, I paid for this game, and now, I’m getting mad, I’ve literally never had problems with one of my accounts from any other mmo I’ve ever played, I just don’t get it…

So, its been almost eight days since I submitted my ticket, to what I think is an easy fix, I just need my serial code moved to my actual account, I have provided all of the information that has been asked of me, including pictures of all my receipts, no response.

I had the same problem, would like for my accounts to be merged, or at least the serial number to be moved from one to the other.
