Account was hacked, all my characters got deleted. Trying to get my account restored. According to the ticket, my situation was supposed to be elevated so that someone from the support team was see it. I haven’t gotten a response in four days.
My account was hacked and I submitted a ticket, but I haven’t gotten a response after a certain point for 4 days.
I was wondering what is going on with my account, and if anyone could keep my updated.
