Same Problem here, on Ring of Fire server as well.

I’m a Ring of Fire player too.

Someone was asking if the problem could be on his side. I think this rather falls on Anet side, sice I suppose we’re many and with many different IPs, router configs, os, drivers, and stuff.

Look at this page: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Error_code

Check the error code you got. Mine was 42:6:3:2060.
GW2Wiki reports that:
-“Also appears when there are server problems on ArenaNet’s side, such as too much traffic.”

Basically, Ring of Fire players should spend somewhere else their saturday nights.

I’m from Italy. I got kicked during a game session. After that the login process fails somehow.

I get error code n. 42:6:3:2060. I took a look in Gw2 Wiki, and it seems that this code refers to:
– “The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. This is most commonly caused by a firewall or router settings, security applications, or connecting through a campus network” -

Well, my internect connectivity seems fine, I can login into other games -and gaming platforms-, and use browsers as always. Plus, I’m not anymore inside a campus, i got my degree just a week ago :P. Nobody touched my router setting while I was playing, and so on. So, I really think it’s on their side.

Now, I remember that Reginabuenaumbra wrote about BLTC downtime, announced for 25th of september but later canceled and postponed (https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/news/UPDATED-BLTC-Maintenance-26-SEP-8-00-AM-8-30-AM-PDT ).

Could be a down related to that? Something like “Let’s switch off everything for a while, since it’s saturday night and everyone’s sleeping and/or drunk”.

I’t not really a problem for me. It’s 4.41 am here, and good boys are already sleeping. I fancy a game in the morning, by the way, and I really hope it gets back online.
