3-5 times in a 50min period is ridiculous! This error is pretty much the only error I have ever received. Please chime in here if you are receiving this error. I live in Japan, ISP HeroNet, Server used is US Based…

I have not gone more than maybe 2 hours with out getting this error. Tonight it is every 15min! This is crazy!

Yes run at stock specs and see if it does it. What are you OCing? Grab a program like prime95(cpu) or intelburntest(cpu) or 3dMark11(gpu) to see if you have a stable enough overclock before playing a game. This will help you troubleshoot. That is the 1st thing I would try, Stock settings. If it is fine, then work on making ur OC stable.

List your system specs please. Also check to see what your Power Options are, balanced, high performance or power saving… Is the computer crashing to the computer being off or does it show the windows shutdown window?

Try switching vsync on and off to see if that is what it is. Also, If your using a Nvidia card, see if your using adaptive vsync, if you are, switch to vsync to see if it goes away. I have the same problem with adaptive vsync, so i use vsync and all is good.

This has been happening daily every 30min or so using a router or straight from the fiber optic modem or using a different ISP connection… It happens on 3 different computers at different times and I cannot recreate the problem. It is random. Tried opening ports, setting up static IPs, flush/renew IP etc, contacted ISP did a packet test. Nothing fixes this problem. Everyone who plays this game I know has this problem. Its frustrating but we are patiently waiting for a fix. If ArenaNet needs anything that could help pinpoint/troubleshoot this please let us know!

Same problem here aswell. Tried all the workarounds. It seems to go away but returns, always. Have you received and Error:7:11:3:189:101 too? I was getting both at one point, now only get the 3032 one.

Now that I can access the forums, Id like to add myself and others to this list. There are 3 of us all currently getting the following error: Error:3032:1002:3:4350:101. This error kicks out every 5-10min making the game hardly enjoyable, especially during Order quests. I can confirm that replacing the router does not help aswell as running direct from the modem(fiber optic) . speedtest. Also spending quite abit of silver repairing Anyways we have tried EVERYTHING, clientport 80, repair, port forwarding, QoS, SPI etc…; It would be outstanding if someone, ArenaNet, could provide a workaround or a acknowledgement that this issue is being looked at. Atleast then we could all wait patiently for the fix release… Cheers

Solved this myself. First, here’s what did not work:

1) Three different browsers on two computers and an Ipad
2) Deleting all cookies
3) Closing all other tabs
4) Trying every day for two weeks
5) Declining the Code of Conduct before accepting it

Here’s what did work:

1) Logging into my GW2 account, logging out of it, then logging into the forums

Sheesh.

^^ This worked for me, tried at game launch and kept checking to see if this was fixed and finally saw this and it worked LOL.
