I’m in the same boat bro. Made a ticket on the 29/8/12 and I still havent had a reply.

I wasnt hacked, but I am blocked from accessing the game. It’s been 9 days since i posted my ticket on 08/29/2012

I want to get back ingame asap.
Sick of sitting around checking my emails all the time.
This is not the account which has the issue,

and i posted another for prioritization on 09/05/2012

9 days…… It’s totally ridiculous. And i cant even access the forums on my account in order to plead for help!

Cmon guys, help me out. 9 days without human correspondence is FAR too long for a support ticket to be waiting for resolution.
