Is there any chance the Quaggan Backpack or future backpack skins will be able to override other items appearing on the back?

I enjoy the backpack, but on my engineer I’ve got either my rifle or my shield sticking through it. When I’m using weapon kits they override the backpack.

I realize this is nitpicking, but I’d be much more inclined to purchase similar items in the future if I knew they were going to be visible a majority of the time. I’m not much for standing in Lion’s Arch and looking pretty. I’d like the piece to be visible out in the world while I’m adventuring with style.

I’m still happy I got it, but I am unlikely to purchase similar items if there is a large percentage of time they will not show on my various characters.

I really hope this is something that isn’t technically difficult to accomplish.

Cool that is a great guide.

However, after I saw the commendation rate you get for the donations I lost the minuscule amount of desire I had to participate at all in this fail whale of an event. I hate to be negative, but my will is broken for events like this. How are we supposed to realize you have to put in 3 levels of materials? Is figuring that out a challenging activity in a fun way? Was there anything at all anywhere to indicate you needed to do that? If I’m just being to critical someone tell me so.

I have a Donation Package. I put that into the forge. I also have a stack of planks and a stack of ingots in my inventory. When I put in the packaging and the Planks or the ingots the other one is shaded out and the forge button remains unavailable. What exactly must I enter to forge commendations? I have already successfully packaged weapons and armor and received commendations for those. This seems overly complicated and frustrating. What am I doing wrong?
