I had this problem since the headstart , sometimes I can’t play beacuase it takes many minutes before logging in, and maybe I get disconnected with the error 7:11:3:189:101
When I can finally play I suffer an oppressive lag during the events or when I go In another area, and then the errror 7 is there again.
I play in Europe , Italy Server:Ring of Fire I have a very good connection and I have already tried ALL of the guidelines in the support website about this problem.
I hope that this problem won’t affect the game in future , because the game is awesome.

Exactly the same issue as this guy on the same server. Has taken me since headstart to hit level 6 as I just keep getting disconnected! Customer support ticket is utterly unhelpful which is a shame.
