Wow, now that is ridiculous. A friend of mine bought the game from you guys in July and never got the serial key. After a month of tickets, he finally got his serial. He went on and registered the serial in his account. So far so good right? But right after he got home, he just got an email saying that his email was changed. This was no confirmation e-mail, his emails WAS ALREADY CHANGED! WOW! He was hacked before even start the game. How can you guys change an e-mail with such a ease?

I hope he can play this as soon as possible. This is beyond absurd. 1 month to finally get his serial just to be hacked that fast. Will you guys really keep this way to change emails? I am afraid now…

Well, I`m not against farming, I just want that Anet make it so when you explore other options, you get better reward. Just farming the easier way is just boring. Make something worth of trying the harder options, thats all I want.

First of all, I love dungeons in this game. A LOT. I really do love them. But right now ppl are just getting some easy explorable runs and doing it non stop to farm shards. Its pretty bad to find groups for CoF and Arah without being exactly the same runs. No one wants to do the hard and cools ones since it gives the same reward. While I dont play this game to farm it, I understand the ppl that do. And since we need A LOT of shard, ppl just get to repeat the easy way all the time. While I DO think that shards tiers need to drop a little bit, a better thing would be give more rewards for groups that dont repeat a lot itself (something like a daily bonus for each way and dungeon), or play explorable in random mode (the NPC go and select your way, that would be awesome). Thats the only boring thing, people playing this game like before, farming it non stop.

Beside that, this game is awesome….thx guys!

Second time now posting. My friend bought the game from NCsoft on guildwars2 site on July/13th, was charged that day, and still didn’t recieved any serial to play the game. Its more than 2 months now, all his friends are playing the game full time and he is really upset. This ticketis over a week now, it got some answers but its 5 day without any kind of update since its queue changed to the billing team.

A friend of mine bought the game from you guys in July. He was charged by NCsoft, but never got any e-mail with his serial key. He can’t find any free phone to resolve this (a charged 40 min international call is out of question) and none of their e-mails get any kind of answer. What can he do to resolve this? Whats the best way?
