Unable to load into Auric Basin keeps saying i need to check my network connection

This just happened to me. I was on the main server an hour and a half early just to make sure Ii got there. Event started , went 3 for with the champs all was going very well until random disconnect. Not due to internet (vent did not disconnect). log back on into a mostly empty overflow except for the other people it just happened to. This is getting frustrating.

This is my second attempt to get this corrected.
A couple of weeks ago i bought a total makeover kit when they were on sale. I used it on my Sylvari necro.
I changed colors of my skin, hair and hairstyle to the 1st screenshot.
In sPvP it was the 2nd screenshot. Not what i created
I submitted an in game bug report as per my instructions from my my ticket i submitted.
Now my character in PvE looks like my character in sPvP, the opposite of what i wanted. 3rd screenshot
and my character in sPvP is unchanged.
I would like to get this corrected this time. Please give me a hint as to what needs to be done.

I bought a total Makeover kit when they were on sale and almost completely remade my Sylvari Necro. The changes took fine in PvE, but when i went into sPvP the only thing that changed was my hair style. My colors were still the same as before. Is this intended or a bug?

Just had the Challenge bug out in Diessa Plateau for my guild’s mission last night. Worst part about this is that there is no way to cancel the mission to get a new one. So we just are not able to do it that night and have o reschedule

I am writing this as a request to put in an item to remove soulbind from an item. I recently bought an ascended amulet with laurels. (I bought this with the intention to put this on another character) While it was in my inventory I was equipping other items when I accidentally equipped it.

When I put in a request to remove the item or even just to move the item to another character I was (politely) told I was S.O.L.

Rather than delete the item, I would like to see an item (bought through the Gems Store) to remove the soulbind or to change the status of the soulbind to account bound.

I hope you can implement this soon as other games already have an item that has this property.
