Account suspended, entered a new key and account still suspended.
Tciket 121114-001375… 10 days older, and no feedback from AN until now.

So, my account has been suspended for something that I dont know. I oppened a tickt (121114-001375), provided my serial key and after 10 day I had no feedback from AN. Yesterday I bought another game/key and today I upgraded my old account with the new key and for my surprise, my accoutn remained suspended. Then, I oppened a new ticket (121124-001624) and that was set as Duplicate… I realy dont know what to do anymore… I dont even know why my account had been suspended at first…
