130711-000509 was not responded to correctly Gail, in fact it was automatically closed because some one else made an error from the previous tickets.

False Auto Banned ticket number 130711-000509

My friend is not able to login to this website any longer because his account is blocked. So I will be posting on this forum for his account. His ticket has been marked duplicate with all of his previous tickets closed. Can someone please respond to his ticket number. “130711-000509” Every new ticket he creates is automatically posted as a duplicate, thus none of them are being answered.

my friend has been trying to get his account back because of what he believes to be a false auto ban from the jumping puzzles that was happening . However every ticket he has submitted has been marked duplicate and not responded to. If someone could please look into the ticket number in the subject that would be great.
