i dont have a transmutation splitter niether a ascended sword not only my bolt but also my rodgort that makes my two legendary in lowest stats. if i make the ascended sword it will cost me alot since i need to 500 my crafting + the mats.

i unlocked the bolt but my legendary bolt is still in white stats

how can i split my a weapon now with this transmutation charges my bolt is still in white stats pls help thanks.
