i couldn’t even log in… ANet, fail… again

I have the same problem – came to this thread because I’ve noticed that i have less HP than my friends’ characters with same build, stats, gear etc. I haven’t got a single constructive response from the support for two weeks. I posted it on forum today and in less than 10 minutes someone suggested bugged wvwvw bonuses – and that’s confirmed now (I have never changed servers). Its ridiculous – support is USELESS, ANet members are LYING to us about the ranger changes… simply someone is fooling with us. For * Sake, we PAID for this game, we spend real money for items in the gemstore, and the game treats the players uneven! Guys, we are being too polite, we actually have the premise to DEMAND. If something, that has been advertised, generally works but does not work for couple of people (still it has been paid for by all of us), it should be a priority for the team to fix… instead of wasting time on boring lost shores event that has few of it’s stages bugged and non-playable.
God, I’m really pissed off and so should be you.

I just verified Rottaran’s suggestion – indeed I am not getting WvWvW bonuses and when i added % bonus HP value to my current health it became equal to one of my friend’s. It’s really bad, that during 2 weeks i haven’t got a SINGLE constructive answer from the support team, and a player on forum diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Even worse, they don’t seem to care at all – last post from ANet crew member in the relevant topic is older than one month and nothing changed…
Arena Net, please stop fooling with us – it’s our money which gives you guys work! Please respect that!

Guys, there’s an issue which has been bothering me for quite a long time. I’ve been writing tickets to support team as well as directly from the game. Not a single constructive answer so far…
My ranger is norn, 2 of my friends play sylvari and a human ranger. We all use the same gear, same traits, skills pets etc… you could say we are perfect mirror images. Having 1000 vitality, health points of my friends’ rangers is over 17 000 while mine equals 15 922 O_o
We checked it out in many outposts, pvp, wvwvw, also tried to remove all gear from our characters – no matter what, my HP was always significantly lower!
The only thing we couldn’t check is the idea, that combat healer achievement could affect this – they have it, I don’t.
Please, let me know if you know anything that might be the reason, because ANet (as we all have noticed today) just seems to ignore player’s basic needs and problems
