My hero panel displays like the picture attached and my armor when playing looks all black or sometimes patches of blue. Any help?

I recently downloaded the 64-bit client and have been experiencing problems like, longer loading time, action sounds come late, and the most annoying character armor looks sometimes all black and sometimes cutoff. Any help will be great. Here are some pictures
