Looks like you can’t transfer a maxed out discipline to another character, you’ll just have to relearn it so your only option I think is craft it on your thief and then transfer the item to your guardian.
The lazy kai build I’m so happy with as I mainly do dungeons and fractals for now, I’m looking forward for an update or improvements for this build if there is due to the April 15 patch.
