They drop but it is extremely rare. Easiest way is obviously gem store, but you can get lucky and get one in a chest itself, or sometimes for 100% an area, or from an extremely rare drop.
When did a video game company especially an MMO company post events and other things on any time outside of their specific time. Arena Net is PDT so why would anything be posted in any other time? Anyways I can’t wait until the event starts. I just wish I had some keys or at least gems to buy keys lol. Oh well Maybe I’ll luck up and get some before the event ends.
