I can see how the OP feels like this is cheating, however it is not. Yes the 3-way system was intended so that 2 lesser populated servers could face a larger populated server in theory, but in practice what actually happens is the 2 higher populated servers will attack the lesser populated for easy points/karma/bags, and avoid the other higher pop server because it will only slow them down.

The biggest idea i see as a positive to wvw is the broadcast of the messages to the pve community, however with the megaserver I am just concerned that they may not undertake such an action, because they may find it too complicated to just sort out which players see what messages from what servers. As example I am sure HOD really wants to hear about BG capturing stonemist. But i do have something i would like to add to your list of proposed ideas. And that would be additions upgrades, aka Tier 4 upgrades, something that would give these places much more defenses that would balance things out a bit with all the added assualt abilities. I mean i seriously doubt that after 2 years of a paper inner garrison gate that anet really cares about defense, but i would like to see some stronger doors/wall, possibly some T4 upgrade that gives addition HP to the cannons/mortars and maybe even more guards that are capable of stealing supply or disabling seige. And even repair merchants or player seige refresh workers. Sadly, having ppl just dedicated to these task without any rewards i think would be better suited to NPC. Im just trying to throw in some additional ideas.

GW2 outnumbered buff and anti 2v1 system

Sadly if your the server with the outmanned buff on every map, there isnt going to be much you can do. I have played in matchups where we was lucky to hold a camp for the tick. Now some changes that i think would help would be a nice cooldown on the seigerazer, spamming him to come to a tower every 5m is annoying. Lower the limit on number of golems on a map, because as funny as it is to see a 50 omega blob comming to your keeps, you arent going to stop them. And all those hours and gold spent upgrading are gone in a few seconds. And of course i would like to see the inner gate of garrison more than just a wet blanket. And maybe even some stronger doors. Outmanned is useless as a buff other than to tell ya that your in danger of a blob comming soon. If it would give your siege and invulnerability while ya are on it would help a bit more, but say you have 5 ppl in a keep vs 20 outside it, even on siege you arent going to kill them, best you are going to do is slow them down. Simply put its a numbers game more than skill, skill comes more into effect when roaming than anything. I dont expect anet to do anything that will ever make wvw anything more than a karma farm for blobs. Gone are the days of great battle of defending a keep against extreme odds. So my advise to anyone with the outmanned buff is to save your gold and dont bother to upgrade anything.

Siege Troll Discussion

I would suggest instead of a system that limits all players with the exhaustion idea, use the existing area around a commander tag (supplyinfo) and make it so that only the commander could drop siege in that area. So no if you find a siege troll, you send a commander to tag up and follow him, and he can’t drop and siege. It also prevents the accidental dropping of siege by other players at sites during a siege attack. Now this wont stop say a troll that comes on a tags up inside enemy sites to prevent you from building siege to defend, but it will certainly make them much more obvious on the map, and ppl are able to add them to a watch list, or report them if necessary.

Hacking in WvW

This is my question, Anet will lock any forum that talks about exploits or hacks being used. I have seen countless screenshots, videos, and many many different forms of hacks/exploits. Many deny, prolly in hopes that is is OP build and pro players. But with so much evidence pointing to the fact that what is being done is hurting the overall economy of the game, why has anet not put the foot down and fixed the client side to prevent these? If it is in spvp or pve they appear to patch it immediately, but wvw seems to be abbandoned. In-game report system seems to be broken, as nothing is ever done about it. If i report a player on our server for verbal abuse or spamming, he should be muted instantly, while a GM investigates. Does anet not make enough to afford a GM for wvw? Are they profiting from the exploiters bying gems? Do you really expect ppl to invite others to play a game that allows exploiters to go unchecked? You will only get more exploiters if ya do nothing about it. The elephant is in the room anet, blockin forums, ignoring the problems is not goin to get the elephant to leave.

Big servers vs small servers

Sorry to say that i disagree with you all, the solution isnt less servers. But rather more servers. If you double the tiers, instead of 8 make it 16, then using the same formulas would allow more diversity amongst the server populations. The increased servers would allow for less server load, which equate less lag for ppl playing.

ok, lets say they have 40 ppl online in the guild, and they have 20 on each server logged into the same BL, and they work together. Since there is a cap on number of players from a server to a BL, that would me the one server would be short 20 ppl at max que, and the ones from same guild workin together would be 20 stronger. It is a way to exploit server ques. As well as a way to report what the other servers map chat is plannin. But arguing a point, is pointless as most ppl dont have any loyalty to a server. They just want to transfer to the winnin server and join winning guilds. And us any exploit, cheat or hack possible rather than. Strategy and skill. I was just throwing it all out there to make ppl aware of how they where doin it.

you misunderstand. Not in same guild as me. These are other players in same guild, on different servers, working together in wvw to kill players, and cap point. As well as I suspect they trade off killin each other for the honor tokens. Take the time to look at the pictures posted before you respond please.

For Those who refuse to believe that you have spys, or that guilds are on different servers workin together in wvw. Both Gates of Madness and Darkhaven players are from the Mortus Adventus guild. This also has occured with other guilds, and should not be allow in wvw.
