121028-001971; 121101-001165; Account closed for payment fraud; awaiting review; Please do not create any more tickets but respond to the first one.

first, what does it mean? is it the fraud that’s under review or if you are going to permanently close the account?

and secondly, I wouldn’t have submitted another ticket if you hadn’t flagged the first one as “closed” without answering. the first one was only opened again AFTER I submitted the second ticket (which I closed immediately afterwards).

Hi,

been six days since my account was suspended for unknown reasons. submitted two tickets (closed the first one before submitting the second one), the last one was sent “to be reviewed by a senior member” three days ago and still no answer. I’ll appreciate if you could at least tell me what is wrong with my account.

My Account was suddenly “suspended for an account issue” which is really vague. I submitted a ticked which was “set to a senior member for further assistance” about tow days ago. I understand if the guys in Anet are busy (and frankly I think all the claims of them banning people randomly is just conspiracy theories), but since it has been more than 72 hours since the suspension, I’m starting to get a little impatient.

I could understand if the suspension was for TOS violations, but giving such a vague reason is a bit annoying. I’m not even sure if I was hacked or what, one minute I was playing, then I log out and try to log back in not 5 minutes later and I’m suspended. I wonder if there is anyone that can help here.
