"Help Cueyatl Escape the Krait"

I’m expierencing the same, Cueyatl seems bugged.
And the weird thing is he needs to escape the krait according to the quest text, except there are no krait around him, he is surrounded by enemy Hylek instead.

Swift Arrow, Skill Challenge NPC, doesn't spawn.
