When I enter, nothing happens to the other players. And when i get out from an instance, i can see only explorable mode window.

Does anyone know if there’s something wrong with NPC Vanna in Old Sledge Waypoint [Mount Maelstrom] ?
I know there’s possibility to take experimental weapon even after the event is done, but i just can’t. I got two options when I speak to her, when the other players got four of them. Did I miss something?
