I’m posting this for my friend’s account, he is unable to post on the forum because he gets the message “you do not have access to gw2” when trying to log in:
“Hi Gaile, thanks for taking the time to read these messages. I have an open ticket with support and it has been over 3 days since hearing from them. The ticket number is 130106-002397. As of yet, I do not even know why my account was suspended let alone how I might go about restoring it. I’m on holidays now and was really hoping to play some gw2, so if you could look into this I would really appreciate it. Thanks!”
