If they are account bound, how can players sell them?

My main character is a necro. Been lvl 80 since Dec last year. I noticed this starting this week. I play at least every other day. It happens whether I have 1 minion or 4. I agro an enemy by double or triple clicking on them and hitting the 1-5 attack keys. The minion will surround me as if I am not in agro. =(

is there a website for more info?
