Guild Wars 2

This guy….
Well basically he has broken all my gear, no matter what strategy I use, he just seems to one shot me.
(I’m an elementalist) I’ve gone in with bubbles, different attunements, everything…and I last about a total of 5 seconds before something hits me for almost 2k damage at level 20.
He is the only one left guarding the emissary to get to the hot air balloon, so I assume I am not the only one having the issue trying to kill him.
I am just not sure what I am missing, because it doesn’t seem to be anything I can dodge, I just literally go boom and die.
I can’t even fight for survivability for more than 2 seconds, because he does the boom again =/
What am I missing here?!

I am now getting a new error; 1010:6:6:419:101

it says I am not connected to the internet, yet I can clearly see that I am.

well at least im not the only one… lol I did everything I could do besides uninstall the game and reinstall which I was about to do before I decided to check the forms… w.e. guess ill just wait with the rest of u. hope this gets fixed soon im bored!

Which issue? The creating a character fail or the disconnects?

I cant still login via a character creation… Can you guys really fix this rather than just say its fixed?

That post was from over an hour ago, and is about a different issue on the EU servers.

I would love a timeframe on this…I don’t want to go and do things to come back and find out it worked 5 minutes after I left lol

There is now an issue with logging in the first time on new characters. Error code 42:0:0:0:101
I am able to play fine on all other characters, but I cannot get past creating a character

I am on a US server, Anvil Rock, and it’s not allowing me to create a character.
I have tried several times, restarted my game and everything.
I am able to login on different toons no problem, but making a new one I get error 42:0:0:0:101

So today it seems is just one of those days…I keep getting Map chat and Guild chat confused, and it seems to me that I am apparently not the only one. The colours of those two channels are quite similar, and at a first glance, can be easily mistaken for one another.
My suggestion is this…allow players to change to colours of their chat channels to their preference, I for one would love my guild chat to be green, while my map chat remains yellow =)
