Yep, same issue with me on both my Thief and Guardian where I can’t change elite skills whilst underwater (other skill selection is working fine).
Would appreciate it if this could be looked at.

Looks like they’re botting/using hacks, where they’re continuously teleporting from one spot to another. Also looks like they’re constantly coming in and out of stealth.
