I’m having the same issue, from Australia, 1 file left, tried all of the numbers here. Still no luck.

EDIT:

Open the start menu and search for cmd.exe. Right click it and run as administrator. In the command prompt, enter the following commands and reboot afterwards:

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset

You may also want to look into updating your network adapter’s drivers.

Worked for me.

Error Downloading Game

I recently attempted to return to Guild Wars 2, but my downloader is stuck on 1 File Remaining. After a certain period of time, this error message pops up:

“A serious error has occured that prevents the program from continuing to run. You can help us prevent this error from occuring in ths future by reporting it to ArenaNet. Please press the Send button to report this error.”

Anyone have any solutions?
