Well that makes me a sad panda.

To my dismay I learned that I can’t get those stats in PvE/WvW unless I worked for the Settler’s armor which no one seems to be doing anymore. In your guys’ opinion, would Apothecary be a viable substitute? Or should I focus on offensive stats for PvE/WvW. I’m just afraid of investing a bunch of time and money into something I’ll end up not liking. Especially since I’ve been really enjoying the build linked above.
Also, does healing power affect siphoning? I have my wells set up to siphon as I originally thought it did, but I’ve heard yeses and nos. I guess this makes or breaks the whole Toughness/Healing power/condi damage I was shooting for.
