Have they said if there are any plans to implement the season 1 storyline back into the game using the new system? I ask because as someone who missed season 1 it’s really weird going from the personal story to season 2 and suddenly seeing all these characters you’re supposed to already know.

I’ve been finding that quite a few events in the 70-75 zone are difficult to solo which leaves a lot of way points constantly contested.

ascended gear is only needed to do harder versions of 1 dungeon and you get the gear from that dungeon. therefore you only need the gear if you intend to do harder versions of that 1 dungeon.

here is the perfect solution. when you complete the dungeon the first time you get one piece of the ascended gear. when you complete it the second time you get the other piece. therefore you get the gear needed to progress deeper without the gear grind.
