Yes, I updated the first ticket on the 22nd and still have not heard back.
I issued a new ticket today and within 2 hours I got a response saying they transferred my account back to EU.
My account was hacked and during this time the person switched me from Desolation to Borlis Pass [US].
I have issued 2 support tickets and both replies have said my account has been transfered to my desired location (Piken Sq, EU).
However, on both occasions nothing has happened to my account and I am still stuck on Borlis Pass.
