Vicious Leceration is not needed bcs you dont use sword and for what you need sinister? Go full viper if you want hybrid dmg. Others are fine if you aim for pve only then dat build can work, but full power zerk will do better in pve just bcs our condis work better on moving targets and hammer is better with power builds.

For power build the better weapon is sword and axe?
