They said my code was purchased fraudulently, and I bought it DIRECTLY from your official website myself, I have the confirmation email as well as receipt from my bank Id: 121109-000411

I’ve been waiting for 3 days now, after I was replied saying that my ticket was elevated to payment review team…

My account was suspended, and I have no idea why, as I have only been playing for 3 days, and I’ve never been anything but courteous in game. Also, my account was purchased from the official website, so there should not be any issue there.

my reference ID is: 121109-000411

I’d appreciate it if this could be resolved soon, as a paying customer abiding by all policies, It doesn’t feel right that I can’t play what I purchased.

I wish there was telephone support for faster service
