Totally agree with @DiogoSilva about the small CD added with the new patch. So far i’m quite happy with 0/30/0/10/30 setup to run on WvW and PVE using S/D. Fresh Air actually made me like the Ele again as was quite tired of the D/D good old setup that I’ve used for almost an year.

Sup Daphoenix and fellow Elementalists.,

I’ll go straight to the point with this post. We are all aware of the recent changes and I’m sure you’ll already thinking about new builds and methods to take most out of elementalist class. Daphoensix even explained his thoughts about them 5 hours ago with his latest post… So my question here is, what should be better used for a staff build from now on?

I use:
Full Knights / Divinity Runes
Koss on Koss Back / Celestial rings and Amulet / Zerk Accessories

Thanks a lot! The AOE build that you’ve described on the thread you’ve provided is just awesome. I’ll definitely use it! Just need to get 3 pieces of Knight’s gear and change the Berzerker trinkets to a balanced set up.

So lets say I replace 2 pieces of Valk gear to Knight’s… like Knights chest/pants, plus the precision from the rings, accessories, amulet and back (berserker)… In your opinion would that worth at all or should I go full knight (or even full PTV)?

Guys, I’m using a Valkyrie Exalted set with 6 Sup. Divinity (Zerk amu/ring/acess). Traits set 30/10/0/0/30 using Staff. Is that alright? Should I change something? Thanks in advance!

Hey, I have a Valkyrie Exalted armor with 6 Divinity runes for PVE/Dungeons using Zerk acess/amu/ring. A rare full MF set for farming and a Carrion set that I’ll finish with Condition runes for some PvP.

Im working to get the PVT karma armor soon and also the CoF set for a glass cannon build.

My favorite so far is the Valk set I’ve described above!
