I have the same issue with the achievements not coming up. I’ve recieved chest and karma rewards for everything I’ve done, but I still have some achievements missing.
Some of the achievements I have got took a couple of tries before they registered.
I’ve killed a couple of mobs in each of the escort missions, and I get rewards, but I don’t get the achievement?
As for the Lost heirlooms; You have to pick 30 different ones, like other users have said.
