I got a response today, in fact, and it was someone apologizing that I couldn’t complete the event but they’ve fixed a lot of event issues so could I please go back, redo the event, and see if I could complete it.

The problem is I DID complete the event – I just got kicked form the instance before I could select my reward. I’ve updated the ticket and am awaiting a response. It’s too bad they didn’t actually read my issue before responding and just assumed it was “I can’t complete X story quest”.

I’ve sent in all the details in a ticket. There wasn’t a treasure chest above the map. We were on the same instance and I chose to advance my story, so I can’t re-do the mission. Thanks for the replies (and yeah, lesson learned about who leaves what instance and when – heads up on that, btw -_-)

There have been several issues with the prompt to join (stemming from the overflow / parties sticking together bug, I think). What we’ve been having to do is go to a major city, get on the same overflow (NEVER join the real one when it asks you to), and then leave around the same time. Then, once we travel around, we’re still in the same layer of reality, so it’s been pretty reliable about prompting us to join each other’s instances. Hope that helps you out!

I wouldn’t be so concerned except the quest reward for that mission was a bow with the same skin as the Seraph Bow. It’s my only chance to get it without being level 80 and spending over 60K karma.

I finished Unholy Ground with my husband (we were on the same quest). He was the one who initiated the instance, so when he left I got booted to the world before I could choose my reward. I don’t have one anywhere in my bag or in the mail and I don’t know how to get it back.

This was FINALLY a reward I wanted – the Avenger’s bow – is there any way to get my reward? I’ve already advanced to the next chapter, so I can’t simply re-do the instance.
