At least 5 in this area have been bugged for a few days now. Skritt stealing brews, Norn in the mine, the fort escort quest, the 3 people in the hut where you collect the artifacts, defend the other fort by the heart quest with the potions you throw at the undead etc.

They just don’t start, the people don’t move, or they are stuck on wave x of y.
I jumped into that cave a few days ago and it killed me, there’s like a ghost talking when you get the vista and a little animation. I jumped in where the animation went and it gave me the defeated animation and I had to go back to a waypoint.
What’s the trick?
