I just bought a laurel item, more specifically the Lost Seal of Usoku. The problem is that it was a stupid missclick, I actually already have that ring, and was going to buy the Royal Signet or Doric (same stats but different infusion slot). Guess I was just too eager, saving up for it all this time. These items are unique, so I can’t use the Lost Seal of Usoku since I already have one, which is terribly annoying. My question is, is it possible to switch my Lost Seal of Usoku for the Royal Signet of Doric? I bought it about 30 minutes ago in Eternal Battlegrounds using 25 laurels and 250 badges of honor, and I havn’t equipped it on any character, so it’s still unbound.
I would be eternally grateful if you could help! It was a stupid mistake and it’s terribly annoying, saving up all these laurels for almost a month, just to see it wasted, laying around in my inventory without purpose.
The name of the character that bought it is Jinxed Mojo, a level 80 charr mesmer.

Hi, I pre-purchased my copy of Guild Wars 2 digitally before the beta events started, in early 2012. Recently my friend that bought it at the same time wanted to start again after six months off, but he has to retrieve his account. The problem is that he can’t find the mail with his serial code. I also checked my own mailbox for the mail with my own serial code, but just as my friend I can’t find it, it is just not there. I got mails from before and after the purchase, it is just that one mail that is missing. How can i retrieve my serial code, for safe keeping if I lose my account in the future?
