Yes. The current state is so bad that – as someone whose main is a female charr – I wouldn’t consider making the legendary set if the precursor wasn’t changed to be less horrifying. The fact that charr basically have no gender differences in body shape and use the same armor sets on every other set of armor in the game is one of the design choices I like best about the race.
