Guild Wars 2

Can any1 tell me how the signet of renewal active effect and signet of the beastmaster work together. Tried to google for an answer but found nothing conclusive.
If i use these 2 together, will i pull all conditions from allies to myself? or does something else happen.

I also noticed in wvw that the downed state fear seems to fail often. And most of the times it fails neither blind nor stability are present. (lag also no issue, last fail was in 1 vs 1)
