Guild Wars 2

Trying to advance my living story, but I accidentally destroyed my Sample Detector, and have no way to receive another. Inspector Kiel will not let me go back into the instance, she only informs me of the locations of two of the suspects, and when I go back to Divinity’s Reach to try to get Marjory to give me another, she just goes on with her normal banter, and tells me that she will see me in LA. I have no idea what to do and am afraid I won’t be able to finish these achievements before the 25th. Any suggestions?
