Guild Wars 2

Logged in 9:08 GMT today (16/11/2012) and I am still missing hearts and explored area. That’s what I most care about. I am going to have to go and do them again and that feels boring and irritating. It takes away a lot of the fun of the game if I don’t know I can trust the game to remember what I did.

Please can you confirm that you will fix this and give me back what was taken? I’ve reported this directly to Anet, but I’m raising it in this thread as well in case others have the same experience and because I don’t know if a bug report will get noticed.

Anet is planning an “invite a friend” scheme – but I’m disinclined to play (in case that blocks a fix) let alone invite anyone else while this goes on. I’ve only just started playing so I haven’t been through the beta etc. My recent experience hasn’t been good.

Right, its very annoying. I expect to get back what is missing. Its not just the time and effort of doing it, its the loosing track of where one is. I did some particularly difficult hearts (for me) then logged out. Logging in again later I find they’ve all gone, plus all the other things that have been noted.

So I’d prefer to have what’s missing back automatically (otherwise I’m not quite sure what’s gone) but if I can’t have that, then I’d like to be able to have someone fix it manually.
