I can log on to forums with this account but not play? need to clear the ban message at log on screen so I can play.

I have not been able to log on to play either one of my 2 acounts since 9/2 one ticket opened 120910-001099. Serial codes has been provided in ticket. It is real aggervating having to wait this long to get account fixed.
