Quite disappointed with the Elementalist changes. There is no use for tempest as overloads takes a while to activate.
- Perhaps change it’s ‘Elemental Bastion’ trait to also heal the player, instead of only allies to increase it’s survivability.
I usually run [Fire]-[Water]-[Arcane]. For the damage/healing/survivability.
However the Tempest slot has forced me to choose water and fire, as I cannot survive without water, and feel my damage is quite weaker than it has already become when I choose water and arcane.
Perhaps provide the tempest spec a little flexability to outlast a guardian’s or necromancer.
A necromancer has two lives, yet a tempest must wait up to five seconds to use their overload.
It would be logical to include player healing within the traits, and the water overload and water healing on horn/daggerorsceptor cannot keep a tempest alive.
